Premier Inn, London Hendon

A 34 bed extension to the existing Premier Inn. CHQ secured planning permission for a conversion and full refurbishment in 2018.

Premier Inn, Enfield

CHQ were responsible for the scheme through feasibility design to Construction. 264 bedrooms provided on site post extension. Three floors of bedroom accommodation have been created over an undercroft car parking area.

Crouch Vale Medical Centre, South Woodham Ferrers

Crouch Vale Medical Centre brings together three GP surgeries across two floors of state of the art accommodation. The facility provides twenty two consulting rooms, minor procedure treatment rooms along with a physiotherapy suite, community meeting rooms and administrative offices and facilities. Together these comprise what is known as a ‘live well hub’, a one-stop shop in which members of the community can receive joined up care, all under one roof.


Highbridge Wharf in Somerset is a development of 95, 2, 3 and 4 bed luxury houses and bungalows.

Potton Road

The site consists of two bespoke dwellings situated on the northern edge of the village of Guilden Morden in Cambridgeshire. They were both designed for a developer client with whom the practice has an ongoing relationship.

The relocation of Desborough Bowling Club from its former Town Centre location to a new “state of the art” facility to the South of Maidenhead on land previously designated Green Belt.

Premier Inn, Paignton

The annex extension at Paignton Seafront, Goodrington Sands completed June last year, in time for the summer 2018 season. The scheme had a number of challenges throughout the design process due to it’s high profile location with prominent views into the site from Goodrington Park.

Regeneration Project, Sainsburys & Travelodge, Redhill

CHQ were delighted to see the completion of the Redhill town centre regeneration project in November 2017.


Located on the site of two former detached houses in this 14 unit scheme provides four contemporary house types in Mitcham.

B&Q Retail, Belvedere

CHQ Partnership were commissioned for the design and construction of a 106,000 sq ft. (9820m2) Retail Warehouse for B&Q PLC, including a 20,000sq. ft Garden Centre, 30,000 sq ft Builder’s Yard and 600 car parking spaces.

Colchester Stanway

The new store is ideally located to provide accessibility to customers on a site bounded by the B1408 London Road, the A1124, and the new relief road which links directly to the A12.
