Located on the site of two former detached houses this 14 unit scheme provides four contemporary house types. The styling of the development is light and contemporary with a mix of brickwork, light render and detailed panels of silver timber boarding. Internally the properties have been designed to a high specification and finish, providing modern open plan layouts to the ground floor kitchen dining space, first floor lounge and study spaces and en-suite/bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Sustainable measures are incorporated into the scheme including solar panels and acoustic measures between the properties exceed the standard requirements.
CHQ took the project forward from the planning permitted scheme prepared by David Burley through the construction phases of the Mitcham project. The scheme completed in March this year.
